Roma tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Garlic
Salt
Sugar
Water

Place the Roma tomatoes in an oven, top with fresh basil, garlic, a little
bit of salt & sugar, roast for about an hour - on a low heat. And then
puree with some water and place into a saucepan and heat for a wonderfully
flavoured tomato soup.
