2 Ripe medium tomatoes;
-coarsely chopped
2 tb Finely diced red onion
1 tb Minced jalapeno
1/4 c Fresh lime juice
1 tb Ancho chile powder
1/4 c Coarsely chopped cilantro
Salt and freshly ground
-pepper

Combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, chile powder, and
cilantro in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Refrigerate, covered, for up to 1 day. Bring to room temperature before
serving.
