Title: Tomato-Poached Fish Fillets Categories: Seafood, Vegetables Yield: 4 Servings 1 pk (14 oz.) frozen flounder or -bluefish fillets, thawed 1 cn (10 oz.) tomatoes 2 ts Dillweed, dried 2 tb Butter or margarine 1 c Breadcrumbs (4 slices bread) Arrange fillets in single layer in 6 cup shallow baking dish. Pour tomatoes over fish. Sprinkle with dillweed. Bake, uncovered, in 350øF oven for 15 minutes. In skillet, heat margarine; brown bread crumbs. Spoon over fish. Bake for about 10 minutes longer.
