1 Lettuce; washed, dried and
; cut into small
; pieces
4 Hard-boiled eggs; sliced
8 Anchovy fillets in oil; cut
-into smaller
; pieces
10 g Chopped parsley
75 g Parmesan cheese; grated
4 Tortillas

------------------------------FOR THE DRESSING------------------------------
1 ts Lemon juice; (5 ml)
1 ts Mustard powder; (5 g)
1 Flakes; (5 g) garlic,
; chopped fine
1 ts Sugar; (5 g)
4 ts Extra virgin; (20 ml)
Olive oil

PLACE all the ingredients for the dressing in a screw-top jar and shake
until thickened. Toss the lettuce leaves in the dressing. Layer the salad
ingredients over the tortillas.
