3 tb Balsamic vinegar or red wine

1 1/2 ts Honey
3/4 ts Ground cumin
3/4 ts Chili powder
1 Head butter lettuce; torn
-into bite-size
; pieces
1 lg Watercress bunch; stems
-trimmed
1 lg Head radicchio; torn into
-bite-size
; pieces
1/2 Red onion; thinly sliced
2 Oranges; peeled, sliced
; crosswise into
; rounds

Whisk first 5 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Season with salt and
pepper.

Place remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss salad with enough dressing
to season to taste.

Serves 4.
