12 oz Fresh spinach; washed and
-stemmed
3 Navel oranges; peeled and
; sectioned
1 Whole carrot; cut lengthwise
-into
; strips
1 c Honey-orange vinaigrette
2 Tomatoes; diced fine
2 tb Dry-roasted pistachios;
-shelled

1. Toss spinach, orange sections and carrot strips with Honey-Orange
Vinaigrette.

2. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and pistachios. Serve.
