Turkey Alfredo Casserole

6 oz Fettuccine or medium noodles
1 pk Frozen cut broccoli
3 tb Butter or margerine
3 tb Flour
1/2 ts Dried basil
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
2 1/2 c Milk
2 1/2 c Chopped cooked turkey {or
-chicken}
1/2 c Grated parmesan cheese

Cook pasta until just tender. Drain and set aside. Run water over broccoli
to seperate. For sauce: In large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour,
basil, and salt and pepper. Add milk. Cook and stir till thickened and
bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in turkey, {or chicken}, parmesan cheese,
and broccoli. Remove from heat. Add pasta and toss to coat. Turn turkey
mixture into a greased baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350 degree
oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes more.
