2 lb Ground turkey
2 ts Salt
3/4 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Allspice
1/4 ts Mace
3/4 Heaping tsp thyme
3/4 ts Cayenne
3/4 ts Chili powder
4 tb Onion minced
3/8 ts Garlic powder
3 ts Wrights liquid smoke
1/4 c Water

Mix ingredients well and stuff into casings or roll into 1/2 lb rolls and
wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. Can be sliced into rounds and cooked in
frying pan, or broken up and used to flavor other dishes.
