Title: Turkey Breast Steaks with Yellow Bean Sauce

Yield: 4 servings

3 tb Sunflower oil
50 g Cashew nuts; (2oz)
1 500 gram pac turkey breast
-steaks
1 200 g jar yellow bean sauce
75 ml Water; (3fl oz)

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry the cashew nuts
until they are golden brown, then remove them from the pan.

Heat the remaining oil and stir-fry the turkey breasts for 4-5 minutes
until sealed on both sides.

Pour over the yellow bean sauce and water then continue cooking gently for
a further 5-7 minutes.

Add the cashew nuts just before serving.
