Turkeys 36 hours
Chicken 12 hours

------------------------------TO ONE GAL WATER------------------------------
1 c Salt
1 tb Pickling spice
1 tb Black pepper
1 tb Garlic powder
1 sm Onion chopped
1 tb Celery salt
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 c Jalepenos; (pickeled)
1 c Teriyaki sauce; (yoshida)
1 tb Liquid smoke
1/2 ts Allspice

Heat all ingredients to desolve and let cool. If you want it real snappy
add 1 tsp cayenne.
