Title: Turkey Burgers

1 lb Minced turkey
1 sm Shallot; finely chopped
6 Sun-dried tomato halves;
-finely chopped
2 tb Chopped parsley or dill
1 oz Freshly-grated parmesan
Ground black pepper
1 tb Olive oil

----------------------------------TO SERVE----------------------------------
4 lg Sesame buns
Shredded iceberg lettuce
2 tb Mayonnaise or Greek yoghurt;
-up to 3
1 lg Tomato; thinly sliced

Mix the turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, shallot, chopped parsley or dill and
parmesan, seasoning the mixture with a little black pepper.

Divide the meat mixture into four and shape into patties.

Heat a non-stick pan and add the oil. Fry the burgers for 3-4 minutes on
each side until golden and cooked through.

Serve in sesame buns garnished with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato.
