3 tb Sunflower oil
1 500 gram pac turkey breasts
1 500 g jar JS Creamy Mushroom
-Sauce

Heat the oil in a large frying pan.

Stir-fry the turkey breasts for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Add the jar of mushroom sauce and continue to cook for approximately 8
minutes. This dish can also be cooked in the oven at 180 C, 350 F, Gas Mark
4 for approximately 20-25 minutes.
