Turkey Pasta Salad
Title: Turkey Pasta Salad Categories: Sainsbury13, Sainsbury's Yield: 4 servings 175 g Tricolour pasta twists; -(6oz) 1 sm Red pepper; deseeded and -diced 125 g Sugar-snap peas; chopped -into pieces ; (4oz) 1/2 Cucumber; diced into small ; cubes 250 g Boneless skinless turkey -meat; cooked and cooled, ; cut in pieces (8oz) 1 200 gram can sweetcorn -kernels; drained 100 g Four Cheese dip; (3 1/2oz) 1 tb Freshly chopped tarragon Salt and freshly ground -pepper Cook the pasta as per pack instructions and refresh under cold water, put to one side. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, except for the four cheese dip, tarragon and seasoning. Combine these together in a separate bowl, then toss into the other ingredients and mix until well combined. Serve immediately or cover and chill in the refrigerator until required.
