1 tb Lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
3 tb Olive oil
2 tb Minced parsley
3 tb Plain yogurt

Pita bread
2/3 c Hummus
1 Cucumber
Lettuce leaves
1 sl Tomato
Sliced turkey breast meat

Dressing: Whisk together lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, parsley and
yogurt. Open up each pita pocket and spread with hummus on inside. Toss
cucumber, lettuce and tomato in dressing. Place slices of turkey inside
pita. Add cucumber, lettuce and tomato with dressing to fill pita.

Approximately 5-7 minutes.

Per serving: 747 Calories; 57g Fat (66% calories from fat); 14g Protein;
53g Carbohydrate; 5mg Cholesterol; 436mg Sodium
