125 g Redcurrant jelly; (4oz)
1 tb Juniper berries; crushed
1 Clove garlic; crushed
Grated zest of 1 lime
Salt and freshly ground
-black pepper
4 Boneless; skinless turkey
; steaks

----------------------------------TO SERVE----------------------------------
Watercress; lime wedges

1. Mix together the redcurrant jelly, juniper berries, garlic, lime zest
and seasoning.

2. Brush the turkey steaks with the glaze and cook under a preheated
moderate grill following pack instructions.

3. Place on a warmed serving plate and garnish with the watercress and lime
wedges.
