Title: Turkey with Gin And Juniper Categories: Schwartz, Schwartz2 Yield: 4 servings 1 tb Cooking oil 1 lb Turkey breast - cut into -strips; (450g) 3 tb Gin 1/2 ts Schwartz Juniper Berries - -crushed ; lightly 3 fl Chicken stock; (75ml) 1 ts Lemon juice 1/4 pt Single cream; (150ml) Salt Schwartz Coarse Ground Black -Pepper Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the turkey strips for 5 minutes to brown. Add the gin and Juniper Berries and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Add the stock and lemon juice, and finally the cream. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to thicken. Season with salt and Pepper and serve.
