1 1/2 ts Wasabi powder
1/2 c Heavy cream
Salt; to taste
Lemon juice; to taste

In a medium bowl, whisk the wasabi powder into the heavy cream. Lightly
season with salt and drops of lemon juice. Whisk until mixture is stiff.
This recipe yields 1/2 cup of mousse.
