3 tb Extra virgin olive oil
1 tb Freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1 ts Dried oregano
3 tb Fresh flat leaf parsley
-leaves; snipped
1 Pinches crushed hot red
-pepper flakes
8 oz Soft sheep's cheese;
-(pecorino) or goats'
; cheese cut into
; cubes
Sea salt and freshly-ground
-black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine the beans and all the other ingredients, then
toss to blend.

Taste for seasoning and serve.
