Title: White Chocolate Cheesecake Categories: Choco5 Yield: 16 servings Crust 20 Pieces chocolate wafer -cookies 2 tb Butter; melted Filling 1 Envelope unflavored gelatin 1/2 c Water 1/2 c Sugar 8 oz Cream cheese 1 c Sour cream 6 oz White chocolate; melted 1 c Whipping cream 1/2 ts Vanilla Combine crust ingredients and press in bottom of springform pan. Set aside. In saucepan, combine gelatin and water, stand 1 minute. Add sugar and heat until dissolved. Beat cream cheese and sour cream, add white chocolate, gelatin, whipping cream and vanilla.
