Title: White Chocolate Mousse

Yield: 6 servings

2/3 c Sugar
1/4 c Water
1 c White chocolate chips
1 c Whipping cream
1 ts Vanilla

about 6 portions

Stir sugar & water together in saucepan over medium heat until sugar is
dissolved. Add chocolate chips & stir until melted & smooth. Cool saucepan
in cold water in the sink. Chill in fridge. Whisk until smooth. Beat cream
& vanilla together ubtil stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into
serving cups.
