1 c Wild rice; (washed under
-cold water)
3 c Hot broth; (chicken or
-veggie)
3 tb Chopped onion
3 tb Bell pepper; (red, green
-and/or yellow)
Saute liquid of choice
Parsley and/or cilantro for
-garnish

saute onions & peppers. add rice & belnd. transfer all to casserole dish &
add broth. cover & bake @ 350degrees for 45minuntes (or until broth has
absorbed).

The recipe came from a Native American recipe book and it's yummy
