2 Fresh apples; peeled and
1 oz Diced yellow onion
1/2 Fresh haberno chile; diced
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1 pn Pepper
4 oz Water

Lightly saute onions, add apple and chile, cook for about 5 minutes, add
water and cinnamon, reduce until liquid gels, season and chill.
