Apples and Noodles

Title: Apples and Noodles

Yield: 8 Servings

1/2 lb Egg noodles
1/2 Stick Margarine
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 pn Mace
1 pn Salt
1 c Longhorn cheese; shredded
1 cn Pie sliced apples

1. Cook and drain noodles and coat with margarine. 2. Mix brown sugar,
mace, and salt. Add to noodles and toss. 3. Add cheese and apples and mix
well. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in covered dish.

Sometimes I use a jar of escalloped apples or apple pie filling and omit
the mace, but the apples come out softer that way.
