Apricot-Almond Dressing

1/2 c Nakano natural rice vinegar
1/2 c Apricot jam
2 tb Sliced natural almonds

In blender process vinegar and apricot jam until smooth. Add almonds. Pour
dressing over your favorite combination of fruits. No need to stir. Serves
8.
