2 lb Lean ground chuck
1 lg Onion; chopped
1/4 c Green pepper; chopped
1 tb Season-all
1/2 tb Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 Egg
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl. Make patties according to
desired size. Grill to taste. Served with chopped dill, fresh coriander and
