Aunt Esther’s Porcupines

1/2 lb Ground beef
1 ts Dry mustard
1 md Onion; minced
1/4 ts Poultry seasoning
1 ts Salt
1/3 c Rice
1/4 ts Pepper
2 c Tomato juice

Mix all ingredients, except tomato juice, with 1/2 cup water. Form in 8
balls and brown lightly in heavy kettle. Add tomato juice; cover, and
simmer about 1 1/2 hours, adding a little water when necessary.
