Title: Bacon and Pepper Sauce

1 tb Butter
1/4 lb Lean bacon — diced
1 ts Coarsely ground pepper
In a small skillet melt the butter and saute the bacon until it is crisp.
Add the pepper.
Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and sprinkle with grated Romano
cheese.
