Baked Corn Casserole

1 cn Creamed corn
1 cn Whole kernel corn
1 lg Onion — chopped
1 md Bell pepper — chopped
2 oz Jar pimiento — chopped
Salt and pepper — to taste
Red pepper — to taste
2/3 c Milk
1 Egg — beaten
1 c Cracker crumbs
1 c Cheddar cheese — grated
1/4 c Butter — melted

Combine all ingredients in order given; mix well. Pour into greased 2-quart
ovenproof casserole. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
