1 cn Creamed corn; No. 303
1 cn Whole kernel corn; No. 303
1 lg Onion; chopped
1 md Bell pepper; chopped
2 oz Pimiento; chopped
2/3 c Milk
1 Egg; well beaten
1 c Cracker crumbs
1 c Cheese; grated
1/4 c Butter or margarine; melted
2 tb Sugar
Salt and pepper; to taste
Red pepper; to taste
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
