Balsamic Glazed Chicken

3 tb Balsamic vinegar
3 tb Orange marmalade
2 tb Olive oil
6 Chicken breast halves
1 ts Lemon-pepper seasoning

Black olives
Orange wedges

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix vinegar, marmalade and oil and zap in
microwave 1 minute. Place chicken breasts in baking dish and brush with
mixture. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper. Bake 20 minutes. Baste again and bake
additional 20 minutes. Serve with garnish if desired.
