Title: Banana Nut Ice Cream

6 Bananas
1 3/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1 pt Whipping cream
1 qt Half and Half
1 cn (13-oz) evaporated milk
3/4 c Chopped nuts
Milk
Mash bananas. Mix with sugar, salt and vanilla. Add cream, Half and Half,
evaporated milk and nuts. Pour into ice cream freezer. Fill to line with
milk. Freeze according to freezer directions. Yield: 1 gallon.
