1/4 c Honey
1 tb Lemon juice
2 c Half-and-half
1 c Whipping cream
3 tb Rum

In a large bowl, beat eggs until blended. Beat in sugar and honey
un- til smooth and light. Stir in bananas and lemon juice. Stir in
half-and-half, whipping cream and rum.
