Title: Barbecued Salmon with Basil
Yield: 4 Servings
4 Salmon steaks (6 to 8 ounces
-each) thawed if necessary.
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Olive oil
1 ts Dried and crushed basil
Combine lemon juice, olive oil and basil; brush on both sides of salmon.
Grill over medium hot coals 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish
flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
