Title: Basic Freezer Ice Cream

Yield: 12 Servings
4 Eggs
3 c Sugar (or less)
2 ts Vanilla
3 cn (16-oz) evaporated milk
1 c Milk
3 c Peaches or other fruit;
-optional
Beat eggs & sugar until frothy & mixed well. Add milk & mix well. Add
vanilla. Pour into electric freezer & freeze. Yields 3 quarts plain or 1
gallon with fruit.
