1/4 c Black Pepper
1/4 c Paprika
3 tb Sugar
2 tb Salt
2 ts Dry mustard
2 ts Cayenne
Mix all ingredients. Work 1/2 half mixture into meat 12-24 hours before
cooking. Apply remaining rub before smoking.
