2 Ripe bananas (frozen; if
-desired)
1/2 c Fruit juice; (apple or
-orange)
2 Oranges or apples (chopped;
-peeled and seeded), or,
-similar amount of peaches,
-strawberries, etc.

Blend well, then fill rest of blender with ice. Puree! (2-3 servings)
