1 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Cornmeal
1 c Milk
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
Sift flour, baking powder & salt, then add cornmeal. Blend milk with
eggs, then combine milk mixture with dry & blend.
#2 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. salt
Beat eggs well. Dip, then dredge with flour & salt.
#3 4 eggs, separated 3/4 tsp. baking powder 4 Tbls. flour 1/4 tsp.
Beat whites until stiff. Beat yolks until thick. Sift dry
ingredients. Add to yolks & blend well. Fold whites into mixture.
