8 oz Cream cheese
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 ts Caraway seed
1 ts Basil
1 ts Dill weed
1 ts Chives; chopped
Fresh ground black pepper
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Shape into a flat round. Cover with
plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes until firm. Peel the plastic wrap
off and coat all sides with fresh ground pepper.
